Golf Clubs Youth

annoying question but…help please?
I am pretty much stressed about college applications. I’m a senior in high school and doing college apps
(california resident)
Based on the top 50 american colleges 2008, what would be the highest university i MIGHT be able to get into? i want to get into uc berk at least..
weighted gpa = 4.3
unweighted gpa = 3.3 (haha horrible)
SAT I = 1900
SAT II = planned
extra curriculars:
Key Club president
Red Cross Youth Vice president
DECA
National Honors Society
Varsity/JV Badminton Team Captain
Asian youth services committee
in the process of co-founding a Builders Club at a local middle school, sponsored by my school’s Key Club along with Kiwanis
swim team for nearly 6 years since i was 10
2nd place ace golf challenge in 2002
job = lifeguard for one summer
once again, what colleges do you think i can get into? maybe not like stanford or anything, but maybe vanderbilt, or brown, or the upper UC’s?
thanks
my advice to every senior, especially ones who aren’t sure about what college to go to and realize how stressful it is. Let me give a worst case senario. Let’s say you go to some big school. let’s say vanderbilt. you’re going to have big big classes. the teachers care nothing about the individual students. they care about the class’s test scores as an average. it sucks I know. so your first year of college, why don’t you go to a school that’s got classes with around 20-30 students, not that expensive to get into, not that hard to get into and see how you like it. and all your classes from your freshmen year will transfer. that’s my advice. it may sound dumb right now, but I went to a big school my freshmen year, and I was just dying to go to college, I absolutely love to learn and I have ALWAYS loved school and not because i get to hang out with my friend or and bs like that, but because the teachers help you apply yourself and they knew how to get you to learn and how to make it interesting so you won’t forget it. and at a big college, all you hear is read chapter 3 and write a 3 page summary. it’s due 01/01/2008. i ended up dropping out my first semester and deciding to go to a community college my first two years. it’s much easier and so much more fun and you can actually develop a good learning experience with your instructors. it’s so much better. email me. kj_hs.senior@yahoo.com. let me know what you decide. i hope i’ve helped.
